At OfferVai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your shopping experience is positive.
Return Timeframe
You can return most items within:
- 7 days from the date of delivery for most products
- 3 days for perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)
- 24 hours for digital products (if applicable)
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
Eligible Returns
The following items are eligible for return:
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Items that don't match the product description
- Items you simply don't want or need
- Wrong items delivered to you
- Items that are still in original condition and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.) after 3 days
- Personal care items for health and hygiene reasons
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Intimate apparel or swimwear
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email support@offervai.com or call +880-XXX-XXXX within the return timeframe
- Provide Order Information: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return
- Receive Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship the Item: Use the provided return label or follow shipping instructions
- Wait for Processing: Once received, we'll process your return within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping
Shipping costs for returns:
- Damaged/Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping costs
- Incorrect Sizing: Customer pays return shipping costs
- Free Return: Available for orders over BDT 2,000
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We'll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account
- Credit card refunds may take slightly longer to process
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed to your preferred method
Refund Amounts
Refunds include:
- Full product price for damaged/defective items
- Product price minus original shipping costs for change of mind returns
- Original shipping costs if the return is due to our error
- Tax amounts as applicable
- Discounts and promotional codes applied to the original order
Exchanges
For size exchanges, we'll ship the correct size once we receive your return. For color exchanges, please place a new order for the desired color and return the original item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll expedite your return or replacement and cover all associated costs. Please do not use damaged items that could cause further damage or injury.
